U.S. returns
We offer free returns and exchanges on all U.S. orders. Items must be unworn, non-final sale, with original tags attached within 45 days of purchase. Shoes, undergarments, and accessories must be in original unopened packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns are also accepted at Rhone retail stores.
International returns
We currently cannot provide return labels or exchanges for international orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including taxes and duties. Contact us for details.
